The Condominium & Homeowners Association of Indian River welcomes you to the new online home of our Association. We invite you to join us and participate in our informative monthly sessions.

C.H.A.I.R. is a non-profit organization representing condominiums, Co-Ops, Homeowners Associations and other regulated communities. C.H.A.I.R. is headquartered in Vero Beach, Fl. We meet on the second Tuesday of each from October through March. Each of our informative sessions is built around a pertinent topic effecting common interest communities with guest presenters from many of the prominent service suppliers to the industry.
